Coll Addison from the upper house delivers M^r Speaker the
following Message viz:

By the Upper House of Assembly June the 8^th 1717.

Gent. We take notice that the Allowance to the Commis-
sioners of the Review is no more then what is Given to the
first Commissioners and as we think it highly reasonable that
there shou'd be some mark of Distinction, one of the Com^rs
of review being to be Either of his Lordships hon^ble Councill
or of the Prov^ll Judges And farther that it is very probable
they will be required to Travell to Severall Countys remote
from their Habitation, which by the Provision that is made
will not be suff^t to defray their Necessary Charges.
This is referr'd to your Consid^a, tho' for the Good of our
Country we are willing at this time so usefull a bill shou'd
pass.
