And Sent to the upper house by Capt Greenfield & Mr
Charles Wright. They return and say they delivered it.
Coll Addison from the upper house delivers Mr Speaker the
following Message viz:
By the Upper House of Assembly June the 8th 1717.
Gent. We take notice that the Allowance to the Commis-
sioners of the Review is no more then what is Given to the
first Commissioners and as we think it highly reasonable that
there shou'd be some mark of Distinction, one of the Comrs
of review being to be Either of his Lordships honble Councill
or of the Provll Judges And farther that it is very probable
they will be required to Travell to Severall Countys remote
from their Habitation, which by the Provision that is made
will not be sufft to defray their Necessary Charges.
This is referr'd to your Consida, tho' for the Good of our
Country we are willing at this time so usefull a bill shou'd
pass.
