The Bill for regulating Ordinarys being read
The Question was put whether the fines for Ordinaries
Lycence's shall be 800l Tobo in Annapolis or 1000l Tobo and
500l Tobo or 400l Tobo in the Counties.
Resolved 1000l Tobo in Annapolis and 500l Tobo in the
Counties by the Majority of Votes.
The Question was put whether the Clks of the County
Courts shall receive 60 & 40l Tob: for their fees or but 30 and
20l Tobo on Ordinary Lycences.
Resolved that the Clks shall have but 30 & 20l Tobo for their
fees.
Which Bill was Read wth the Amendments & thus endorsed

A Bill for regulating Ordinaries Sent to the upper House
by Mr Tyler Mr Dare Capt Colegate and Mr Frisby.
They return and say they delivered it.
The Petition of John Oldham referred from last Sessions
to this Praying leave to bring in a Bill to empower him to
build a Wrind Mill on Oxford Town point. Leave is given to
bring in a bill to build a Wind mill on the Strand as Prayed.
Sent up to the Comittee of Laws p Colo Mackall to be en-
grost a Bill for building a Court House for Cecill County.
Mr Lowe from the upper House delivers Mr Speaker a Sup-
plementary Bill to the Act relating to Servts and Slaves thus
