By the lower House of Assembly June 3d 1717.

May it please your Excy and Honrs. In Concurrence with
yours p Collo Holland We have appointed Capt Thos Truman
Greenfield and Mr James Lloyd two of our Members to join
wth one of your Board to inspect into those Laws who are
ready to attend for tht purpose.

Tuesday Morning June the 4th 1717

The House meet According to Adjournmt & being called
over the members Appear as Yesterday.
Yesterdays proceedings are read.
Majr Willson Appears this Morning.
Colo Mackall from the Come of Laws delivers Mr Speaker
an Engrost Bill for the Adjournment of Talbott and Balte-
more County Courts which was read in the House and ordered
to be thus endorst Viz:

June the 4th 1717.
Read and assented to by the lower House of Assembly and,

Colo Young from the upper house delivers Mr Speaker the
following Message Viz:

By the upper house of Assembly June the 4th 1717.

Gent. We have appointed Samuell Young Esqr (one of
this Board) to attend the two Gent of yor House to go on the
perusall of the Laws made in 1681 according to your Yester-
day's Message by Colo Holland.

Colo Coursey from the upper House delivers Mr Speaker the
following Message Viz:
