No 6 An Engrost bill for the reliefe of John Deavor of
Baltemore County
7. An Engrost Bill for the Relief of Benjamin Howard in
makeing good the Survey of Howard's Purchase.
8 An Engrost Bill to Invest an Estate in fee to John Clem-
ents of Queen Ann's County in a Certain Lott in the Town of
Cambridge in Dorchester County
9 An Engrost Bill reviving and Continuing the Act En-

titled an Act for ascertaining the Gauge and Tare of Tobacco
hhds &c. from the twenty ninth day of September next untill
the end of the first Session of Assembly that shall happen
after the said Twenty ninth day of September.
10. An Engrost Bill giveing further time to the Severall
Tradesmen who Originally took up the new Lotts within the
Addition to the City of Annapolis to Improve the Same,
11. An Engrost Bill to Supply Certain Defects in the Con-
veying of Lands from Henry Gibbs son and heir of Edward
Gibbs sometime of Somerset County in the Province of
Maryland deced to Benjamin Laurence, John Belt and Lucy
his wife heirs of Benjamin Laurence sometime of Calvert
County of the same Province Deceased
No 12. An Engrost Bill Empowering a Committee to lay
Assess and Apportion the Publick Levy for this present year
Seventeen hundred and twenty.
No 13. An Engrost Supplementary Bill to the Act Entituled
an Act for Settling a Revenue on her Majestyes Present
Governour
No 14 An Engrost Bill for Reviving and Continuing An
Act of Assembly of this Province Entituled an Act for Regu-
lateing Ordinaries
After which his Excellency was pleased to Declare that with
the advice of the Right Honourable the Lord Proprietarys
Councill of State within this Province, he thought fitt to
Prorogue this present Generall Assembly to the fourth day of
July next.
Afterwards Mr Speaker with the whole house returns to
their own House where Mr Speaker resumes the Chair and
Reports that his Excellency had thought fitt with the Advice
of the Right Honourable the Lord Proprietary his Councill of
State within this Province to prorogue this present Generall
Assembly to the fourth day of July next, to which time this
House accordingly prorogues it Self.
