Thereupon M^r Speaker with the whole house went to the
Upper House to attend his Excellency, where his Excellency
was pleased to Enact the Several Engrost Bills following into
Laws by Sealing them with the Right Honourable the Lord
Proprietarys great Scale of this province, and Severally En-
dorsing them Viz.

April 22^d 1 720.

N^o 1 An Engrost Bill for the Naturalization of Herman
Kinkee a Dutchman and his Children, Peter Manadoe a

ffrenchman and his Children of Cecil County, John Laviele a
ffrenchman of Calvert County, James Parandier and John
Parandier of Charles County.
N^o 2. An Engrost bill for vesting in the Rector and Vestry
of William and Mary Parish in S^t Mary's County and their
Successors an Estate in fee Simple in the old Stadt House in

S^t Mary's City in S^t Mary's County and the Lott of Land

whereon the same Stands for the use of the said Parish for
ever.

N^o 3. An Engrost Bill for the reliefe of Ephraim Gover
and to Invest them with an Estate in fee Simple in the Lands
therein mentioned.
4. An Engrost Bill Empowering Certain Commissioners
and Trustees to Dispose of the Remaining part of the per-
sonall Estates which were of Thomas Smithson late of Dor-
chester County Gentleman and Thomas Smithson late of Tal-
bot County Esq^r Deced and to Settle and Assess the Losses
Damages and Costs by Thomas Hicks Gent and John Davis,
son and heir at Law of Jeremiah Davis sustained as also to
Value the Lands, whereof the said Thomas Smithson of
Dorchester County, and the said Thomas Smithson of Talbot
County Died seized and to Dispose of so much of the said
personall Estates and the said Lands as will Satisfie the said
Thomas Hicks and the said John Davis, for their Damages
Losses and Costs sustained by means of a warranty of Lands
from the said Thomas Smithson of Dorchester County and
the said Thomas Smithson of Talbot County, to the said
Thomas Hicks and Jeremiah Davis made.
