ince since His Majesty was graciously Pleased to Restore the
Right Honourable the Lord Proprietary to his Government

Assembly, lodged in the Secrys Office

NOTE.—The official copies of the laws enacted at this session, for the use of
the provincial and county courts, were ordered to be printed instead of written,
as had been the previous practice (see pages 588 and 639). But it is not known
that any copy of these session laws is now in existence. The text of none of
them is given in Bacon's Laws of Maryland at Large, published in 1765, as none
of those that were of a public or general character were then in force.
