Thereupon Coll John Mackall Coll Nathaniel Hynson Majr
Richard Colegate and Mr Ralph Crabb, are appointed to joyne
the Gent of the Upper house and ordered the following Mes-
sage be prepared Viz.

April the 21st 1720

May it please your Honours.
Wee have Appointed Coll John Mackall Col Nathaniel Hyn-
son Majr Richard Colegate and Mr Ralph Crabb to joyn the
Members proposed by your Honours who are ready to attend.

And Sent to the Upper house by the Gentlemen appointed.
They return & Say they Delivered it.
Coll. Addison from the upper House Delivers Mr Speaker
the Supplementary Bill to the Act for Settling a Revenue on
her Majtys Present Governour thus Endorst Viz.

ment.
The following Message being prepared Viz.

By the Lower House of Assembly April the 21st 1720.
May it please your Honours.
In Answer to the Observation your Honours have been
pleased to make on that part of our answer to your Message
of the 19th Instant wherein wee observe we Should be wanting
in duty to his Lordship as well as be drawn into measures
prejudiciall to the Interest of the Governour who may here-
after preside over us, our meaning as to that part was no
other than whereas the three pence p hhd hath been for a
Considerable time given to the Governours who have presided
