have Notice of the Peto and order And that they Appear here
next Sessions to answer the same And that the Petr have
leave to Subpoena his Evidences to the next Sessions.
Ordered that the Copy of the Extract of the Book dis-
tinguished by the name of Libr L 1656 & 1657 Sent to this
House by Mr James Heath as a true Copy be recorded by those
employed to transcribe the Land Records in the beginning of
the Land Record Book next Succeeding the Years 1656 &
1657 for the Informacon of those Concerned.

State of the Case between Jonathan Bassett of new England
and Moses Lecompt in Dorchester County Court wherein Mr
Brannock was concerned as a Practitioner.
