Coll Young from the Upper House Delivers Mr Speaker the
bill for relief of John Clements thus Endorst Viz:

By the Upper House of Assembly
April the 15th 1720.

Upon reading the within bill and on full hearing of Severall
Evidences that were wanting last Sessions This Bill will pass.
Signed p order. John Beale Cl: Up: Ho:

Which was Read and past for Engrosing.
Supplementary bill to the Act Entituled an Act for settling
a Revenue on Her Majesty's present Governour read the first
and second times by especial Order and will pass.
Which was so Endorst And sent to the Upper House by
Coll. Mackall and five others
They return and say they Delivered it.
Bill for relief of Thomas Plummer Read with the Amend-
ments and will pass, which was so Endorst And sent to the
Upper House by Mr Caldwell and Mr Dent.
They Return and say they Delivered it.

The house adjourns till Monday Morning Eight a Clock.

Monday Morning April the 18th 1720

The house meet according to Adjournment.
Saturday's proceedings are read.
Mr Hill from the Committee of Accounts Delivers Mr
Speaker the Journall of that Committee.
Which was read and Ordered to be thus Endorst Viz:

April the 18th 1720

Read and Assented to by the Lower House of Assembly and
Signed p Order M. Jenifer Cl: Lo: Ho:

And sent to the Upper House by the Gentlemen of That
Committee.
They return and Say they Delivered it.
John Hall Esqr from the Upper House Delivers Mr Speaker
the following Message Viz:

By the Upper House of Assembly April the 18th 1720.
Gent
His Excellency Desires this house to acquaint you that on
Inspecting the Bond of Philemon Lloyd Esqr Deputy Secre-
tary he finds it is only for the payment of a Sume of Money,
