The Gent Conferrees of the Lower house haveing Duly
Considered of the Above Proposition do Conceive that as this
Sessions is likely very Speedily to Conclude and that Entering
upon this affair would perhaps be a meanes to continue the
Same a Considerable time longer, They think it more for the
Interest of the Country to Continue their former Resolution
of referring the Same to the next Sessions

With which this House Concurrs.
The petition of Mary Dorrington praying to be relieved
against fine and Recovery in the Provincial Court was Read,
and the Question being put whether the same shall be pro-
ceeded on or not
Carried in the Affirmative by the Majority of Votes and
thereupon Ordered a further hearing in the Afternoon.
Coll Holland from the upper house Delivers Mr Speaker
Bill to Enable Benjamine Duvall to sell lands thus Endorst
Viz.
By the Upper House of Assembly
April the 15th 1720.

This Bill being twice read will pass.

Col. Young from the Upper house delivers Mr Speaker
Bill for Supplying defects in Conveying Lands from Gibbs to
Laurance thus Endorst Viz.

By the Upper House of Assembly
April the 15th 1720.

This Bill being read will not pass for that it may Occasion
future disputes and possibly require a Repeal next Sessions
for want of it appearing that notice was given to the Heirs of
Gibbs, who tis thought reasonable should have notice of this
proceeding.
