Bill to Enable Benjamin Duvall to Sell Some Entailed Land
and for Entailing other Lands in Lieu thereof read the first
and Second times by especial Order and will pass which was so
Endorst. And Sent to the Upper house by Mr Tyler and Mr
Crabb.

They return and Say they Delivered it.
The house Adjourns till to morrow Morning Eight a Clock

ffriday April the 15th 1720.
The house meet According to Adjournment
Yesterday's Proceedings are Read.
The Report of the Conferrees on the petition of Coll Thom-
as Addison and other Land Commissioners of Prince Georges
County to be heard this Sessions on a petition against them
Exhibited, read and Ordered to be entred as follows Viz.

At a Conferrence held in the Conferrence Room on the 14th
of April 1720 upon the Petition of Collo Thomas Addison and
other Gent Land Commissioners of Prince Georges County
Moveing to be heard Upon a Complaint made against them by
Mark Brown.

and Accept of Phil: Hammond as Clerk and proceed as
follows:

Upon the proposall by the Chairman that notice be Sent
unto Mark Brown the Complainant to provide himself wth
such Evidence as he shall think Necessary and attend the
present Generall Assembly to make out his Charge Against
the said Coll Thomas Addison, and others the said Commis-
sioners aforesaid, if such the said Brown's Evidences can be
Procured during this Sessions, Otherwise it might Stand
referred,
