of your house in that message mentioned who will be ready to
attend in the Conference Chamber at three of the Clock in
the afternoon.
And Sent to the Upper House by the Gent. Appointed and
Eight others.
They return and Say they Delivered it.
Thomas Bordley Esqr from the upper house Delivers Mr
Speaker the Bill for the relief of Benja Howard thus En-
dorst Viz:

By the Upper House of Assembly April the 14th 1720

Read the first and Second times by especial Order and will
pass.

Which was read again and past for Engrossing
The house Adjourns till one a Clock in the afternoon.

On Reading the Report of the Comittee of Aggrievances
Relateing to Colo Nathaniel Hynson and Mr Richard Snowden,
and hearing the allegations of both parties this house are of
Opinion that the said Hynson has his proper Remedy at Law
and therefore will not intermeddle therewith.
Bill to Confirm a Deed of Bargain and Sale from ffrancis
Swanson to Thomas Plummer, Read the first and Second
times by Especiall order and will pass, which was so Endorst.
Bill for Supplying Defects in the Conveying Lands from
Henry Gibbs to Benjamine Laurence John Belt and Lucy his
wife, heirs of Benjamine Laurence Deceased.
Read the first and Second times by especiall order and will
pass which was so Endorst, and
An Engrost bill reviving An Act Ascertaining the Gauge
and tare of Tobacco hogsheads &ca was read and ordered to
be thus Endorst Viz.

Which three bills aforementioned were Sent to the Upper
house by Mr Tyler and Colo Woollford.
