The house on reading the Report of the Committee of Ag-
grievances relateing to James Vanbiber the Sherife of Cecill
County order the Same to be thus Endorst Viz:

By the Lower House of Assembly
April the 14th1720.

This house concurrs with the within Report and referr the
same as Such to the Consideration of his Excellency the
Governour and Councill for redress.

And Sent to his Excy by Collo Herman and Mr Dare.
They return and Say they Delivered it
As to the Report relateing to the Justices of Dorchester
County,
The Question was put whether the same shall be received or
not.
Carried in the Negative by the Majority of Votes.
On reading Yesterday's Message relateing to Collo Addison
and Collo Addison's letter to his Excellency
The Question was put whether the petition of Mark Brown
against the Land Commissioners shall be referred or not.
Carried in the Affirmative by the Majority of Votes and
Ordered the following Message be prepared Viz:

By the Lower house of Assembly

April the 14th 1720
May it please your Excy and Honours
This house haveing before Resolved on a Referrence of the
petition against Collo Addison and the other Land Commis-
sioners of Prince Georges County, according to the usuall and
Deliberate Practice thereof as well as other petitions of the
Same nature wherein diverse members of this House are
Interested so that the parties Complaining not Expecting any
Determination of this affair this Sessions cannot be presumed
to be prepared to make good the Severall allegations in the
Said petition and Consequently might be Surprized Should we
assent to a Determination as prayed for which reasons We
are Sorry we Cannot come into the Measures proposed by his
Excellency and your Honours

And Sent to the Upper house by Mr Tyler and Mr Lee
