They return and Say they Delivered it.
Mr Tyler from the Committee of Aggrievances delivers Mr
Speaker the following Reports of that Committee Viz:

By the Committee of Aggrievances April the 13th 1720.

It being Offered to this Committee as an Aggrievance that
the Sherife of Cecil County Mr James Vanbeber haveing laid
an Account of Insolvent Taxables before the Court of the

same County amounting to Eight or nine Thousand pounds of
Tobo alledging that the persons were some dead and others
had absented themselves out of the said County on whose
Affirmation, the Bench was pleased to allow him the said Sher-
ife the full Ballance of his Account.
But on Inspection Since it is found, that great part of those
Insolvent Taxables (as he alledged) are good and Substantial
and had paid their whole taxes to him the Said Sherife before
his Offering the said account to the Court as by his Receipts
in the hands of the Persons may be made appear.
Which being thought an Aggrievance by this Committee is
offered to the house for their Consideration thereof.

April 13th 1720.
It being Offered to this Committee as an aggrievance that
John Rider and Major Henry Ennalls haveing been Com-
manded over to Annapolis to Answer the Complaint of Moses
Lecompt there Exhibited Against them pressed men to fferry
them over to Annapolis Aforesaid and being returned laid an
account of their Itinerant and other Charges before the Gent
Justices of Dorchester County and Craved an Allowance
thereof, Upon which it was allowed the said Ennalls and Rider
by the said Justices and Taxed on the Inhabitants of the said
County.
Which being thought an Aggrievance by this Committee is
humbly Offered to the house for their Consideration thereon
