And the Bill for Vesting the Old Stadt house in St Mary's
County and the Lott of Land whereon the Same Stands to the
use of the said Parish for Ever thus Endorst Viz:

Which bills were Read and past for Engrosing and sent to

the Committee of Laws to be Engrost.

The petition of Thomas Hicks and John Davis, Son and
heir of Jeremiah Davis praying that the Lands of Collo Thom-
as Smithson may be Subjected to make good a Warranty of
Lands to them Sold by the Said Smithson was read and
Leave given to bring in a bill to Subject as well the Lands of
Thomas Smithson of Dorchester County as the Lands of Collo
Thomas Smithson of Talbot County to make good the War-
rantys of the two tracts of Lands in what the personell Estates
of the said two Smithsons shall fall short.
The petition of Benjamin Laurence and John Belt and
Lucy his wife praying leave to bring in a Bill to confirm a
Deed from Henry Gibbs to them made was read and leave
given to bring in a Bill as prayed
Mr Garrett and Mr Tasker appear in the house being re-
turnd as members to Serve for the City of Annapolis on the
writt of Election Issued this Session.
Whereupon Ordered that Mr Hill and Mr Warfield go to the
Upper House to see them Quallifyed
They return and Say they See them Quallified Thereupon
they took their places.

The House adjourns till to morrow Morning Eight a Clock.
