Damages & Costs by Tho^s Hicks Gent. & John Davis Son &
heir at Law of Jeremiah Davis sustained as also to Value the
Lands whereof the s^t Tho^s Smithson of Dorchester County &
the said Tho^s [Smithson] of Talbot County dyed Seized And
to Dispose of so much of the s^d psonal Estate And the s^d Lands
as will Satisfie the said Tho^s Hicks and the said Jn^o Davis for
their Damages losses and Costs sustained by means of a War-
ranty of Land from the s^d Tho^s Smithson of Dor County & the
said Tho^s Smithson of Talbot County to the s^d Tho^s Hicks and
Jeremiah Davis made
5. An Act to Enable Benjamin Duvall of Prince Georges
County to Sell two hundred Acres of Land part of a tract of
Land Called Howerton's Range And for Entailing Other
Lands in Lieu thereof.
