Septemr] which shall be in the Year of our Lord 1721.
After which his Excy is Pleased to Prorogue the Assembly
as follows Viz

Gentlemen.

U. H. J.

With the Advice of the Right Honble the Lord Proprie-
tary's Councill of State I have thought fitt & do Prorogue this
Present Generall Assembly untill the 4th day of July next
Ensueing, and do require you to take notice that you are
Accordingly so Prorogued.

So Ends the 5th Sessions of Assembly held for this Province
since his Ldp the right Honble Charles Lord and Proprietary
of the Provinces of Maryland and Avalon Lord Baron of
Baltemore has been restored to his Governmt of this Province
this 22d day of Aprill in the 5th Year of his Lordps Dominion
&c. Annoq Dom 1720
