Gentl. His Excy desires this house to Acquaint you that on
Inspecting the Bond of Phil Lloyd Esqr Deputy Secretary He
finds It is Only for the paymt of a Sume of Money without hav-
ing any regard to the Due Execution of his Office And there-
fore recomend it to you to propose some proper Expedient in
relation to the Officers mentioned in your former message.
