Young who returns & Says he Delivered the same.
Col Mackall and five more from the Lower house deliver Col
Holland the following Bill Viz.
A Supplementary Bill to the Act Entituled an Act for
Settling a Revenue on her Majesty's Present Gov^r

A Bill Empowering Certaine Comm^rs and Trustees to Dis-
pose of the remaining part of the psonall Estates which were
of Tho^s Smithson late of Dorchester County Gent. & Tho^s
Smithson late of Talbott County Esq^r dec^d &c. is thus Endorst
Viz.

Aprill the 16^th 1720
Upon reading of the within Bill we find that you have re-
ferred a right of redemption to the heirs only & have Excluded
the Sev^ll Devisees whereas we are of Opinion that the De-
visees ought to have the preemption of their respective Estates,
And It being represented to us that Mary Wrightson widow
one of the Devisees mentioned in the will of the within Tho^s
Smithson of Talbott hath paid all the Arrears of the Quitt
Rents due to the Lord Prop^ry for the Land Devised to her, We
