May It please Your Honrs
This house having taken into Consideration the 3d 4th & 5th
Articles of their Lordships' Instructions to his Excy men-
tioned in your Message of yesterday by Col Holland and
three other membrs of your honble house are of Opinion that
the Act menconed in the third Article is Sufficiently Declara-
tory in itself as to the Application of the twelve pence p hhd
therein mencon'd. And to the fourth Article the Result of
this house is that altho we Conceive the Govr is no Longer En-
tituled to the three pence p hhd by Virtue of that Act than
Dureing his residence here Yet in Consideration of his Excys
Good admrcon this House Agrees to Bring in a Bill to Enable
his Excy to Enjoy the said three pence p hhd in his Absence
for the Space of twelve months or untill his Excy shall be
actually Superseeded, which shall first Happen And as [to]
the fifth Article we are of Opinion that the pson Presiding in
the Absence of the Govr is Duly Entituled to the Tonnage by
that Act Prescribed.
