The Bill to Confirm a Deed of Bargain and Sale from
Francis Swanson to Tho^s Plumer is thus Endorst Viz.

Aprill the 16^th 1720
This Bill will not pass for want of a Clause to be Added
Saving to the Lord Prop^ry his heirs and Successors And all
bodys Politick and Corporate and all others not menconed in
the within Bill their Sev^ll and Respective Rights Especially
Considering that a Minor of M^r John Gerrad dec^d is Al-
ledged to be Interested in the within Land.

And Sent to the Lower House by Esq^r Bordley who returns
and Says he Delivered the same.
His Excellency observes to this House that the principall
Papists had Notice given them as Appears by the Return of
the Deputy Sherriffe of Prince Georges County by giving and
Leaving Coppys of the Resolve of this house for their Ap-
pearance here this Day. Therefore his Excy proposes wheth-
er a list of their names should not be Given the Door Keeper
in Order to Inquire whether they are in Town attending to be
heard, which this House concurrs with,
And It's Orderd that a list of the names of the persons be
made And Delivered the Door Keeper in Order to Enquire
whether they are in Town Attending
The List of the said Persons names are made and Delivered
the Door Keeper Accordingly, which names are as follows
Viz. Henry Darnall, W^m Digg's, John Diggs, Benf Hall,
Clement Hill, Peter Attwood, Charles Digg's

The House Adjourns untill one a Clock in the Afternoon
