Ordered that a new Land Commission be prepared for
Charles County And that there be added thereto M^r Sam^l
Hanson and Capt. John Briscoe in the Room of M^r John
Parry and M^r Benj Hanson dec^d
On the Petition of Philip Thomas of Ann Arundell County

Complaining that his Servant is run away to the Tuskarora

Indians who refuse to deliver the same,
Ordered that the said Indians Deliver the said Servant or
shew Cause why they detain him Contrary to the Treatie of
Peace made with them last Assembly, And that a Copy of this
Order be Delivered the said Pet^r under the great Scale of this
pvince.
M^r John Brannock from the Lower House delivers his Excy
The Bill for Relief e of John Clements which was referred last
Assembly to this for ffurther Consideracon
