2. An Engrost bill for Vesting and Settling an Estate of
Inheritance in fee Simple of and in a certain parcell or lott of
ground in the city of Annapolis containing one hundred and
twenty feet in length on Robert Johnson of Annarundell
County Ship Carpenter.

3. An Engrost bill to confirm to William Gray of Calvert
County, a small parcell of land lying in the said County sold
by Robert Brooke to the said Gray now in the possession of
the said Gray.
4. An Engrost bill to confirm a tract of land therein men-
tioned to the Rector or Minister of St John's Parish in Balte-
more County and his Successors for ever.
5. An Engrost bill for the Encouragement of an Iron
Manufacture within this Province.

relief of Ann Arundell County.

ment of Constables and what relates to their office and Ascer-
taining what persons are taxables.

Province entituled an Act for the Ordering and regulateing
the Militia of this Province for the better defence and Security
thereof.
10. An Engrost bill reviving an Act of Assembly of this
Province Entituled an Act for Encouragement of Tillage &
relief of poor Debtors and for Supplying some Defects therein
11. An Engrost Supplementary bill to the Act for Causing
Grand and Petit Jurors and Wittnesses to Come to the Provll
& County Courts and Ascertaining their Allowances.
