16. An Engrost bill for relief of John Beale of Charles
County Gent, and Rich^d Beale a Minor.
17. An Engrost bill for limitation of officers' fees.
18. An Engrost Bill for laying the Publick Levy Anno
1719.
After which his Excellency was pleased to declare that with
the advice of the Right Honourable the Lord Proprietary's
Council of State in this Province he thought fit to Prorogue
this Generall Assembly till the fourth day of August next to
which time the same was Accordingly prorogued.
Afterwards M^r Speaker with the whole house return to their

own house, where M^r Speaker resumes the Chair and reported
to the House that his Excellency the Governour with the
advice of the right Honourable the Lord Proprietary his
Council of State in this Province had prorogued this Generall
Assembly to the fourth day of August next to which time this
house accordingly Prorogues it Self.

So Endeth this fourth Session of Assembly after his Maj-
esty was graciously pleased to restore the Right Honourable
the Lord Proprietary to the Government of this Province,
This Sixth day of June Anno Domini 1719.
