that your Lordship will have such a Just regard of the Sin-
cerity of our Proceedings, that you will not upon the Sug-
gestions, or insinuations, of any such Evill minded persons
lessen that confidence so happily establish't between your
Lordships and your great Council of this Province now con-
vened in a Generall Assembly. That this present good under-
standing between your Lordships and your two houses of As-
sembly may long Continue is the hearty Desire of Your Duti-
full Tennants and most faithfull humble Servants

Pursuant to which Report Addresses were fairly engrost
and Signed by the members of the Upper House and also by
the members of this house in order to be transmitted to their
Lordships.
Coll. Tilghman for the Upper house Acquaints Mr Speaker
that the bill for the further Secureing the Peace of this Prov-

ince is read and assented to by that house.
An Engrost bill for limitation of Officers fees & An Engrost
bill for laying the publick Levys were read and Severally thus
Endorst Viz:

June the 6th 1719.
Read and Assented to by the Lower House of Assembly and
Signed p order M. Jenifer Cl: Lo Ho.

And sent to the Upper House by Col: Hynson and three
more.

They return and say they delivered them
On the Motion of Col: Hynson ordered that the report of
the Committee of Aggrievances of last Session relating to him
and Mr Snowden be again taken under the Cognizance of this
house and ordered new Summons against the said Snowden
and leave is given to Subpoena evidences.
Resolved that the Sum of One thousand pounds of Tobacco
be allowed his Excellency for each body of Laws to the County
and one to the Provinciall Court and ordered the following
Message be prepared Viz:

By the Lower House of Assembly June the 6th 1719.
May it please your Honours.
