Carried in the Negative and ordered the following Message
be prepared Viz:

By the Lower house of Assembly June 3d 1719
May it Please yr Honours
This House haveing fully debated your Message on the bill
for limitation of officers frees by Coll: Tilghman of this day
are resolved to Adhere to their former Opinion not to revive
the old Act for limitation of officers fees And therefore again
desire your concurrence with us in passing this bill.
Signd p order M: Jenifer Cl Lo Ho.

And sent to the Upper house with the Bill by Mr Tyler and
Mr Wright
They return and say they delivered them
The bill for Securing the Peace of this Province against the
Villainies of Imported convicts. Read and the Question being
put whether It shall take Effect Immediately this Sessions or
not till Six Months hence,
Carried by the Majority of Votes that It take effect imme-
diately, Whereupon this bill will pass which was so Endorst
and Sent to the Upper House by Mr Dashiel and Mr Waughop.

Coll: Ward from the Upper House delivers Mr Speaker the
Supplement to the Act relateing to Servants and Slaves thus
Endorst Viz:

By the Upper House of Assembly June the 3d 1719.
Read the first and Second times by especial order and will
Pass.
Signed p Order John Beard Cl. Up. Ho.

And Acquaints Mr Speaker the bill for the Application of
such Intestates estates as Leave no Legal representatives
And the bill for disabling Thomas Macnemara Esqr to practice
the Law in this Province are read and Assented to by that
House.
Supplement relateing to Servants and Slaves read again
and past for Engrosseing And Sent to the Committee of Laws
to be Engrost.
The report of the Committee Appointed to View the walk?
walls & Pillars of the Stadt house hill was read and ordered
to be Entered as follows Viz.

To the Honourable the Lower House of Assembly. In pur-
suance to the order of this house we have Viewed the Publick
