The petition of M^r Joseph Hill praying that Ninety Acres of
land lying within the City of Annapolis may be confirmed to
him referred from Friday to this day was read and referred
till Wednesday next for hearing.

Sessions praying to be heard in relation to the Town Common
was read and referred till Wednesday next for hearing.

The house adjourns till one a Clock in the Afternoon.

cellours Allowances out of the Assembly time referred from
last Sessions is further referred till next Sessions.
The referrence relating to Col^o Lloyd is further referred
till Wednesday next
Ordered the Committee of Laws prepare a Bill for the
better Supporting the Magistrates in the Administration of
Justice and a Bill relating to M^r Macnemara according to the
proposalls in the Answer and a Generall bill for relief of poor
prisoners.
Ordered the following Message be prepar'd viz:

We find by your Message of the eighth of August 1716 in
answer to our Message relating to Col^o Lloyd's Allowances as
a Chancellor whilst he was president and also to our Message
of the 7^th of August 1716, relating to M^r Rousby's demand on
the Revenue of 3^d p hh^d for Arms &c^a that your house then
desired a referrence of those matters to the next Sessions to
which our house then consented and for these two Sessions
