cellours Allowances out of the Assembly time referred from
last Sessions is further referred till next Sessions.
The referrence relating to Colo Lloyd is further referred

Ordered the Committee of Laws prepare a Bill for the
better Supporting the Magistrates in the Administration of
Justice and a Bill relating to Mr Macnemara according to the
proposalls in the Answer and a Generall bill for relief of poor
prisoners.

We find by your Message of the eighth of August 1716 in
answer to our Message relating to Colo Lloyd's Allowances as
a Chancellor whilst he was president and also to our Message
of the 7th of August 1716, relating to Mr Rousby's demand on
the Revenue of 3d p hhd for Arms &ca that your house then
desired a referrence of those matters to the next Sessions to
which our house then consented and for these two Sessions
