Robert Johnson read the second time, and past. Which was so

Endorst. And Sent to the Upper House by Mr Hill and Mr
Beale.
They return and say they delivered it.
Esqr Hall from the Upper House delivers Mr Speaker a bill
to confirm a tract of Land therein mentioned to the Rector or
Minister of St John's Parish in Baltimore County and his
Successors for ever thus Endorst viz:

By the Upper House of Assembly
May the 22d 1719.

Read the first and Second times and will pass with the
within amendments

Which was read again in this House with the Amendment
and will pass And was thus Endorst and Sent to the Committee
of Laws to be Engrost.

The House Adjourns till one a Clock in the Afternoon.

The house meets According to Adjournment.
The petition of Thomas Plummer craveing leave to bring in
a bill to [supply] defects in Conveying lands from ffrancis
Swanson to him was read and Ordered to be thus Endorst viz:

May the 22d 1719.

Read and referr'd till next Sessions and ordered that the
persons concerned have notice of the within Petition that if
they think fitt they may appear and answer thereto next
Sessions.
