Annapolis was read the Second time and Ordered to be thus

The petition of Robert Gray and the petition of John Budd
read and the Question being put whether a Bill shall be
brought in thereon or not,
Resolved in the Negative by the Majority of Votes. There-
upon the same is rejected.
Bill for confirming a tract of land therein mentioned to the
Rector or Minister of S^t John's Parish in Baltemore County
and his Successors for ever was read the first and Second
times by especiall order and will pass Which was So Endorst
and Sent to the upper House by Cap^t Colegate and Colonel
Maxwell they return and say they delivered it.
Engrost bill for Supplying Defects in the Conveying of
lands from Henry Roberts to John fford was read and ordered
to be thus Endorst viz:
