The petition of M^r Joseph Hill praying that Ninety Acres
of land lying within the city of Annapolis may be confirmed
to him was read and referred till Munday Morning.
M^r Tyler from the Committee of aggrievances delivered M^r
Speaker the petition of the Inhabitants of Baltimore County
praying that they may have liberty of choosing their Sherriff
by the Majority of voices thus Endorst viz:

The within Petition being read and heard it is the Opinion
of this Committee that it be referred to the house for a further
consideration.
