to the Committee of laws to be Engrost.
The petition of Mr Joseph Hill praying that Ninety Acres
of land lying within the city of Annapolis may be confirmed
to him was read and referred till Munday Morning.
Mr Tyler from the Committee of aggrievances delivered Mr
Speaker the petition of the Inhabitants of Baltimore County
praying that they may have liberty of choosing their Sherriff
by the Majority of voices thus Endorst viz:
The within Petition being read and heard it is the Opinion
of this Committee that it be referred to the house for a further
consideration.
