will make the like Declaration at the next County Court in full

The Bill for Supplying the defects in the Conveyance of
land from Henry Roberts to John fford was read and ordered
to be thus Endorst viz.

By the Lower House of Assembly May the 20th 1719.
Read the Second time and will pass. Signed p Order

And Sent to the Upper house by Mr Benson and Mr Turbut
They return and say they delivered it.
Mr Taylor being Sent for to answer the Petition of Tobias
Pollard ag' him, appeared as also the said Pollard with Sundry
evidences in relation thereto, And for that It seems to the
house that the said Taylor has Uttered Some indecent ex-
pressions in respect to his Excellency the Governour,
It is the opinion of this House that he ought to make his
Submission to his Excellency the Governour and ask his par-
don for any Offence given him thereby.

The house adjourns till one a Clock in the Afternoon

The House meet According to Adjournment.
The Report of the Committee of Aggrievances relating to
Colo Hynson and Mr Snowden being referred by the parties

to his Excellency all further proceedings thereon in this house
ordered to cease.

The petition of Thos Hicks read and Ordered to be thus
Endorst viz.

By the Lowr House of Assembly May the 20th 1719.

Read and ordered that the Rector and Vestry of Saint
Michael's parish in Talbott County Mary the widow of John
Wrightson, Michael ffletcher and Dorothy his wife and John
Green the heir at law of Mary the widow and Devisee of the
said Colonel Smithson have notice of the within Petition and
that the same will be debated on the second week of the next
Sessions that if they think fitt they may Appear and be heard
thereto and leave given to Subpoena Evidences.
