Mr Robert Tyler & Mr Charles Wright with a Bill for the
Limitation of officers ffees and the following Message Viz.

June 3d 1719
May it Please your Honours
This House having fully Debated your Message on the
Bill for Limitation of Officers Fees by Colo Tilghman of this
day are Resolved to Adhere to their former Opinion not to
Revive the old Act for Limitation of Officers Fees & there-
fore again Desire your Concurrence with us in Passing this
Signed p order Mic Jenifer Cl Lo Ho.
Whereupon his Excellency Directs John Beard who serves
his Excy as Clerk in Affixing his Lordships Great Scale of
this Province not to Affix the said Great Scale to any thing
whatsoever whether Publick or Private without the Fee for
the same as Allowed by the former Act for Limitation of
Officers Fees, being first paid in mony at the Current price
for which Tobacco shall be sold at the Time of affixing the
said Scale
The Act for securing the peace of this Province against
the Villianys of Imported Convicts being Read in this House
will Pass with this Amendmt
That a Clause be Added that it shall not take place till
Twelve Months from the End of this Sessions And so En-
