. dren Consequently the widow having Right to the Adminis-
tration of Intestates Estates no relation of a more Remote
Degree can be qualified to Call the Residue out of her Hands
by those Laws.
We therefore Conceive the Bill as Proposed by this house

Mr Edmond Benson & Capt Richd Colegate in a Comittee this
Afternoon to Inspect the Public Records that the Sevll Officers
may give Security according to the Directions of the Act for
Repairing the Records &c. on the Report that shall be made
from that Comittee

that Service in the Secretarys Office in the Stadt house to
morrow morning seven a Clock
