Gentl. This House is still of Opinion that the'Law of Great
Brittain having so farr pvided agt the Cutting of Entailled
Lands as with Justice and Reason will Consist and therefore
this bill will not Pass

lowing Message is prepared
By the uper House of Assembly June the Ist 1719
On reading the bill for the Limitation of Officers ffees his
Excy is Pleased to Observe that my Lord Baltemore Designs
to Come to his Government here And his Excy not having any
Particular Instruction from his Lordship relating to such an
Act which makes so Vast an Alteration in the sevll Great
Offices of this Province Desires that nothing may be Done
therein But that the Act as It now stands may be Revived till
the 29th of Septr 1720 his Ldship then Being of Age To which
