tinuance in their Respective Stations or Businesses are Ex-
empt from Attendance as Jurrors by that Act

On Reading the Bill for Disabling Thomas Macnemara
Esqr to Practice the Law within this Province the following
Amendments are Proposed Viz.
Ist Which his Excy thought himself Indispensibly Obliged
to do by his Majesties Royall Instruction relating to the

2d As by the said Severall Indictments annexed may more
at Large Appear
The Indictments Mentioned (the Copy of which are to be
Annexed) are herewith sent you for your pusal with wch if
Your House Concurrs the Bill will Pass

And the Question being Put whether it shall Pass with the
Amendments or not Resolved nemine Contradicente it Pass.
Sent by Col Young & Esqr Hall who Return & Say they
Delivered it.
Col Hynson & Eleven Others with a Bill for Limitation of
Officers Fees Passed by the Lower House.
