Comissioners for Baltemore County being Read & the facts
being Examined into by this House the following Endors-
ment is Ordered to be made on the Petition Viz.

On reading the within Petition and on Examination had
into the truth of the Allegations Sett forth therein, This
House is of Opinion that the Pet^r is aggrieved by the Decree
of the Com^rs And that he ought to be Relieved therefrom.
