The following Message is Prepared Viz.

Gentl.

Wee herewith send you what his Excy has been pleased to
lay before us in Relation to Mr Humphrys & shall Concurr
with Your House in what you think Proper to do in his favour.

Reviving an Act of Assembly of this pvince Entituled an Act

for the Encouragement of Tillage & Rclicfc of poor Dcbtrs.

An Act for the Application of such Intestates Estates as
Leave no Legall Representatives, & for Enforcing Proceed-
ings agt Temerary Admrs.
Passed by that House
John Hall Esqrs Petition relating to a Decree of the Land
Comissioners for Baltemore County being Read & the facts
being Examined into by this House the following Endors-
ment is Ordered to be made on the Petition Viz.

By the uper House of Assembly.
May 30th 1719
On reading the within Petition and on Examination had
into the truth of the Allegations Sett forth therein, This
House is of Opinion that the Petr is aggrieved by the Decree
of the Comrs And that he ought to be Relieved therefrom.

Sent to the Lower House by John Hall Esqr who Returns &
Says he Delivered it.
Esqr Rousby & James Smith from the Lower house with a
Bill for the Relief of several poor Prisoners
Passed by that House.
