abling Thomas Macnemara Esq^r to practice the Law within
this Province Endorsed

Read the first Time & the Question being put whether It

Resolved It be Read again now. Thereupon the same is
Read again, And the Question being put whether the Same
shall Pass or not, Resolved in the Affirmative by Majority of
votes, And this Bill will Pass.
