mondson who was my Deputy had sumoned him for a Jury-
man to attend at Annapolis in the Provinciall Court and that
he thought it was very hard to serve then for Declared that he
had served every Court in the said Provinciall in Major Woll-
fords time for almost two years past And upon the Complaint
afd I did partly pmise to Excuse the said Mackeel if I coud
get another but believe my Deputy through forgettfulness
did return the sd Mackeel as a Juror.

Councill for his relief the Court having Examined into the
