Province who by his Advice and Intrest will be of use to their
Lpps and this Province in removing this Grievance and Pre-
venting any of the like nature for the future.

Gent. In answer to your Message with the Report from the
Comittee of Aggrievances relating to Maurice Birchfield Esqr
by Colo Mackall and two others, We agree with his Excy in the
above Opinion and leave it to your Consideracon whether it
may be proper to be laid before the Conference, to be repre-
sented to their Lpps.

An Engrost bill for limiting the Continuance of Accons &ca
was read and thus endorst viz:

And Sent to the upper house by Mr Charles Wright and
Capt Pollard. They return & Say they delivered it.
Bill for laying the Publick Levy for the year 1718, was

Read the first and second times by especiall Order and will

and Sent to the upper house by Capt ffendall & Capt Pollard.
