Both which last aforementioned Bills were sent to the
Upper House by Colo Scot and Mr Turbutt. They return and
Say they delivered them.
Colo Holland from the upper House delivers Mr Speaker
the Bill for the Relief of Sundry Persons therein Menconed,
thus endorost viz:
By the upper house of Assembly May the 8th 1718.
This bill being read again will pass but it is Earnestly
recomended to the lower House to Consider of Some recom-
pence to the Coaler for his Trouble and Charge in victualling
those who have been Kept in close Custody which is intirely
at his own Charge and risque.
