We may see whether it be Agreeable to the Bargain already
made but if you have done nothing therein it remains with
his Excy to come to a positive Determinacon wth him what
further Workmanship is yet to be performed for the finishing
the said Magazine before the money be Ordered him.

May it please yor Honours
By Mr Cooke's Generall Computacon the finishing the
Magazine Workmanlike as it ought to be would amount to
Two hundred Pounds Currency more then he was to have by
the first Bargaine, Wherefore We Considered that the Bar-
gain was somewhat hard on his Side and desired your Con-
currence in Allowing him One hundred Pounds Sterling more
to make him a Recompence Mr Cooke has not made any
particular Proposicons to us of what Work remains to be
finisht therefore We wholly referr that to his Excy to de-
termine and to order the payment of the mony on the finishing
the Work.
