May it please your Honours
His Excy having represented to this house by his Account
that there Still remaines due to him the Sum of £103..8..9
Sterling part of the 550^l Sterling ordered to be expended in
building a Magazine desires that the Treasurer may be or-
dered to pay him that Sume but for that the Said Ballance is
to be paid out of the three pence p hh^d w^ch by Direction of the
Act of Assembly is to be disposed of as his Excy & your
Honours shall direct We therefore humbly Desire that your
Honours will be pleased to order the paym^t of the Ballance af^d
to his Excy in such manner as you shall think fit.

house desires you to Acquaint them whether he made any
Proposicons to vou of what Work vet remains unfinisht th^t
