Magazine for Arms and examining his Accounts whereby We
find that he has expended much more than was to be paid him
by the Originall Contract We have resolved that the sume of
One hundred pounds Sterling more than what is already
raised be allowed and paid to the said Cooke at the finishing
the said Magazine out of the three pence p hhd for Arms &ca
with which We desire your Excy & Honours Concurrence.

They return and Say they Delivered it.
Ordered that Charles Carroll Esqr the late Agent for the
Lord Baltemore attend this House imediately to give what
Informn he is capable of whether the Lord Benedict late deced
or his Exrs ever Signified their Accepte of the twelve Pence p
hhd which was continued by an Act made in June 1715 till the
29th day of September following and was to be paid to the Said
Lord Benedict on the Same Consideracons his Father had
before accepted the Same.
Mr Tyler has the leave of this House to go home for that
one of his Children is now dangerously ill.
