Colo Tilghman and Mr Lowe from the upper House De-
liver Mr Speaker the foll Message viz:

By the upper house of Assembly May the 6th 1718.
Gent.

L.H.J.

On reading the report of the Conference on the Land Law
and your Message thereon We Concurr with your House
therein with this Difference that there be no Appeal to Comis-
sioners of Review but that nine Comissioners being men of the
best reputacon in the County for Ascertaining Bounds of Land
in each County be Appointed that contending persons may
have the better Choice of Such and so many of them as they
Shall Approve of to determine their Controversies not being
less than three whose Determinacon shall be finall but if any
Person Shall be obstinate and not agree upon a Choice then
the Major part of the Comissioners to proceed to determine
the Bounds in Dispute from whose Determinacon there shall
be no appeal but to England where the matter in Controversy
amount to the Value of Three hundred pounds Sterling of
which the said Comissioners to be Judges. Signed p Order

Which was read and Ordered the Comittee of Laws amend
the Bill Accordingly.

Mr Robins has the Leave of this House to go home for that
one of his Children is dead since his coming to this Sessions
and another Dangerously ill.
Mr Tyler from the Comittee of Aggrievances delivers Mt
Speaker the following report viz.

Tuesday morning May the 6th 1718.
The Comittee meet according to Adjournmt
Present as before And proceed to view the house of Maga-

zine for Arms and find that, that Roome is three foot Longer
than by Agreement it ought to have been.
Likewise find that the back Building is eleven Inches longer
than by Agreement it ought to have been.
Likewise the Frontispiece is more then Concluded upon in
the Agreement
And as to the Work in generall it is the Opinion of this
Comittee that it is well done and humbly referr it to the Con-
sideracon of the House.
