The Report of the Comittee of Aggrievances relating to
Maurice Birchfield Esqr was thus endorst viz:

By the lower House of Assembly May the 6th 1718.
May it please your Honours
On reading the within Report of the Comittee of Aggriev-
ances this House Concurr therewith and desires your Honours
will be pleased to join with us in an address to his Majesty for
the preventing the like Aggrievances for the future

and Sent to the upper House by Collo Mackall Capt ffrisby
and Capt Pollard.
They return and say they delivered it.

By the Lower House of Assembly May the 6th 1718.
May it Please your Honrs
We agree with your Honrs Opinion on the endorsment on
the Bill for Limitacon of Accons &ca Save that nineteen
Months are thought sufficient for the Continuance of any
Accon in the Provinciall or high Court of Appeals And further
We begg Leave that a Clause may be added to that Bill where-
by (in Cases of rehearings or reviews on the Decrees of the
Chancery Court) the Members of the Councill may be joined
with the Chancellor or Keeper of the great Scale for the Time
being to sit as a Court of Judicature and have a Voice in the
passing Decrees or other Sentences on Such Rehearings or
Reviews.

Was Sent to the upper house by Colo Maxwell Mr Young
and Capt Baker. They return & Say they delivered it.
A Bill for the relief of Severall poor prisoners therein
menconed was read and ordered to be thus endorst viz:

Read the first and second times by Especiall Order & will
pass
