If the facts in the Complaint are true We Concur r with
your Honours in Opinion that tis a great Oppression and
Discouragement to Trade, And as to the Overcharge of 15s 8d
Currcy We are of Opinion that the Complainant may be re-
lieved by prosecuting on the Act of Assembly that Limitts the
Navall Officers Fees.
