but, Mr James Lloyd and Colo Edward Scot to join the mem-
bers of your House in the Conference who are ready to attend.

And Sent to the upper House by the Gent appointed.
They return & say they delivered it.
On reading the Report of the Comittee of Aggrievances
referrd from last Sessions,
Resolved a Bill be brought in to oblige Exrs & Admrs to make
up their Accounts under a year & a Day according to that
Report & ordered the Comittee of Laws prepare the Bill.
The Qr being put whether that Part of the Report that re-
lates to sherr5 purchasing of Ordinary Keepers' Tobacco is
any aggrievance
Resolved the same is not any aggrievance by the Majority
of votes.
As to the last aggrievance mentioned in that Report the Qr
was put to what Time accons Shall Continue in the Severall
Courts
Resolved Twelve Months in the County eighteen months in
the Provinciall & Chancery & High Court of Appeals & no
longer unless good Cause shewn or the Accons be Struck off
the Docquet, & Ordered the Comittee of Laws prepare the
Bill.

The house adjourns till one of the Clock in the Afternoon

Post Meridiem. The House meet according to Adjourn-
ment
Majr Harris from the Comittee of Laws delivers Mr
Speaker an engrost Supplementary Bill to the Act directing
the manner of electing and Summoning Delegates &c: which
was read and Ordered to be thus endorst viz:

Aprill the 29th 1718.
Read and assented to by the lower House of Assembly and
Signed p Order M: Jenifer Clk. lo. ho.

and sent to the upper House by Major Harris Capt Pollard
& Mr Waughop. They return and say they delivered it.
Esqr Hall from the upper House acquaints Mr Speaker that
the engrost Supplementary Bill to the Act directing the man-
ner of electing and Summoning Delegates is read and As-
sented to by the upper House.
