Which was read in this House and the Q^r being put whether
the same shall be Temporary or not or whether the Bill shall
pass as it now stands,
Resolved the Bill Pass as it now stands w^ch was so endorst &
past for engrossing and sent to the Comittee of Laws to be
engrost.
Ordered that M^r Rousby and M^r Turbut go to the upper
House to see M^r Macnemafa prove his Navall Officers Ac-
counts, who went & soon after return & say they see him prove
them.
