The petition of the Inhabitants of Dorchester County which
was referred to this Sessions being signed by one hand, and no
Prosecutors Appearing (the persons accused being ready to
make their Defence) We desire to be informed who preferred
it last Sessions, or whether there be any of your House con-
cerned in the prosecucon thereof, which if there be desire they
may appear to Prosecute

exhibited the Peticon last Sessions to this House who has
the peticon signed by the persons Subscribing and therefore
waits on your Excy & Honours to make good the Complaint.

A Supplementary Bill to the Act Directing the maner of
electing and Sumoning Delegates &c. was read the first Time
and the Qr being put whether the same shall be read again or
not, Resolved In the Affirmative by the majority of Votes
Whereupon the same was read the Second Time and will pass,
wch was so endorst, & sent to the upper House by Colo Scot Mr
Rousby Mr Dare & Colo Ward.
They return and say they delivered it.
