the whole Course of your Excys almost four years administra-
tion by the Strictest observation we Can make, your Govern-
ment has been just and Universally Satisfactory to all his
Majesty's faithfull Protestant Subjects here, and Complain'd
of by none but the Roman Catholicks and their Adherents and
by them without any other Cause that Wee Can find Save that
of party and Principle.

Which was Sent to the upper house by Coll Mackall Capt
Greenfield, Colo Scot, Mr Hill, Mr Lloyd Cot Maxwell, Capt
ffendall, Mr Taylor Mr Chas Wright, Mr Hopkins, Capt ffrisby
& Coll Herrman.
They return and say they Delivered it.

The peticon of Mr John Brannock praying to be relieved agt
a Judgment obtaind agl him in Dorchester County Court by
Phill ffeddeman was read wth a Transcript of Judgment and
Ordered to be thus Endorst viz:

By the lower House of Assembly Aprill the 28th 1718.

On reading the within Peticon and the Record herewith
Sent We are of Opinion that Judgment is erroniously rendred
agt the Petr to his Damage and for that the sume for which
the Judgment is rendered will not bear an Appeale to Any
Superior Court of Judicature Humbly recomend the Petr to
your Excy & Honrs for reliefe the Justices of Dorchester
County as well as the Plantiff and Attorney therein menconed
being now in Towne. Signed p Order

The Petition of Mr Jno Brannock Gent on the behalf of
Thomas Brannock a Minor was read & thus Endorst viz:

By the lowr house of Assembly Aprill the 28th 1718.

On reading the within Peticon for that it seems the matters
complain'd of are against Some of the Justices of Dorchester
County now in Towne for Misfeazance in their Office the same
is referr'd to your Excy & Honours to do therein what may
be thought Necessary.
